Sow under cover, in trays or cups. Cover seeds with a thin layer of soil. You can transplant a first time in the nursery when the plants have 2 to 3 leaves, at 10 cm intervals, so that the roots take on "hair" before being put in place. Transplant when the plants have 4 to 5 leaves, at 30 cm intervals in rows 40 cm apart, without burying the stem too deeply. For sowing in the open ground, sow lightly, in rows 40 cm apart. Thin out to 30 cm along the line when plants have 4 to 5 leaves.
