Provence Violet - Artichoke
The artichoke Violet de Provence is a traditional variety from the south of France, early and very productive. Its heads are small, elongated and pointed, of a magnificent violet color, fleshy and tender. When young, these artichokes weigh between 80 and 100 g and are known as artichaut poivrade.
