Since 1999, the Kokopelli Association has been dedicated to safeguarding food and medicinal biodiversity. Its mission: to distribute organic, reproducible seeds as widely as possible.
For over 20 years, its fight for seed diversity has led it to offer the largest collection of European vegetable, medicinal, aromatic and flower seeds .
Today, Kokopelli is a team of over 30 employees and 20 seasonal workers based in the Ariège region of France, working in the service of the Living World.With a network of professional growers, 90% of whom are French , Kokopelli is committed to offering a product at a fair price, in which growers are fairly remunerated. The values and skills of each are unified to guarantee quality seed.
Germination tests are carried out when each batch arrives, and are repeated at least once a year. The association is committed to obtaining higher than legal rates.
To take this approach a step further, a tool is available on the site to identify the origin and the last germination test. A QR code on the back of the sachets also identifies the origin of our seeds.
The association's experience and know-how are used to offer a diversified, colorful and effective range. Our assortments are made up of best-selling varieties as well as new varieties to meet the needs of gardeners of all levels.

Each batch of seeds is tested at least once a year to ensure its germination quality. Everything is explained in the link below.
All seeds are certified organic. They are grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and are guaranteed to be free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and F1 hybrids. Find this season's certificate below.
We've always been committed to ecology and the preservation of biodiversity, and we're proud to uphold these values on a daily basis. Our aesthetically pleasing, environmentally-friendly bag is no exception! - Made from kraft paper sourced from renewable resources, it is biodegradable and recyclable. - Printed on our premises, it won't pollute any further. - The illustrations are handmade by professional illustrators. What's more, in order to preserve jobs and reinforce our quality approach, much of the bagging is done, again on our premises, by hand. This rigorous work demands patience, meticulousness and, above all, good humor from our teams. Note: kraft paper does not like water, sun or humidity.

Kokopelli's aim is to reintroduce medicinal plants into our daily lives by giving them a place in allotments, on balconies, in public places and wherever else botanically possible. Every year, through its Semences Sans Frontières campaign, Kokopelli offers free, reproducible seeds to farming communities in situations of food and social distress. This donation helps them regain their autonomy and break free from agro-industrial dependence.
