in nurseries, in the ground

Sow in trays, under light cover, at a temperature of at least 18°C. When possible, transplant into individual cups and keep warm. Sow in well-warmed soil, 30 cm apart in all directions. When the warm weather returns, you can broadcast the seed after raking the soil and thin out to 30 cm in all directions as soon as possible.

To preserve the flowers in dry bouquets, the flower heads should be picked before they are fully ripe. Once picked, hang them upside down in a well-ventilated, dark place. Once dry, they can be used as a bouquet for winter.
