White Finch - White laceflower
This species - traditionally used in the Albanian Alps and in Kosovo to relieve constipation - produces large, pure-white umbels of flowers which, when harvested, make magnificent dried bouquets.

This species is best sown directly into the ground, after the last spring frosts. However, gardeners used to transplanting Apiaceae can easily try transplanting young plants - sown 6 to 8 weeks earlier - every 30 cm in the row.

This species is completely unknown in phyto-pharmacological terms. Nevertheless, it is traditionally used as a decoction of flowering tops - in the Albanian Alps and in Kosovo - to relieve constipation.
