This melliferous variety has an abundance of fragrant violet flowers at the end of its central, thorny stem, blooming in late summer.

Sow in pots under a well-lit shelter at a temperature of at least 18°C. Transplant into individual pots when plants have 4 to 5 leaves. Plant out in warm soil as soon as frosts are no longer a threat.
Seed germination requires vernalization. We recommend sowing in cold weather or after 10 days in the fridge. Cleome needs warmth for good development.
