This variety of acorn squash produces an abundance of dark-green, hard-skinned fruit. They can weigh up to 2 kg, and their dry, fragrant orange flesh has a nutty flavor that improves with age.

Fruits of this variety keep for 4 to 8 months.

Sow in pots at a temperature of between 18 and 20°C, 2 to 3 weeks before planting.
