De Cicco - Broccoli

Ref : P0902 - Brassica oleracea
Bag of 200 seeds

This old Italian variety, with its compact habit, reaches a height of 60 cm.

Highly productive and precocious, it has a central head 8 to 10 cm in diameter, followed by numerous shoots.

They can be harvested over several months.

in the ground, in bucket

Sow in pots under cover. Cover seeds with a thin layer of soil. Transplant when plants have 2 to 3 leaves, every 10 cm. Transplant when plants have 4 to 5 leaves, every 50 cm in rows spaced 50 cm apart, without burying the stem too deeply. For sowing in the open ground, sow lightly in rows spaced 50 cm apart. Thin to 50 cm along the row.

Spring sowing is possible as long as it is carried out just after the last frosts, to minimize the risk of early bolting.
