Reviving the ancestral tradition of foraging, this book presents an anthology of flowers from our countryside, gathered from walks in Provence.

These flowers are all edible, and are observed and detailed by the pen of Gilbert Fabiani and treated with a brush by Sophie Marquis, so that they may one day blossom on your plates.
